Blindside USA - Demo Tape 2014

I love it when I have friends making some of my favorite music to listen to. Over the last few years. I've been lucky to have so many friends release amazing records, and this year has been nothing but the same.

Especially with this Blindside USA Demo. With the first listen, I already knew I found my favorite demo of 2014.  I can't tell you how many times I've listen to this Demo. both on MP3 and Cassette. All throughout writing this, I've had it playing and many times I've stop typing because I'm air drumming. Seriously, such a banger from begging to end.

Let's Fucking Do It, and show so love by downloading the Demo and buying a shirt and tape.
Kansas City Hardcore In Effect.

108 - Threefold Misery

I've been slacking hard on posting anything, but hopefully this next year keeps me in the busy state of mind to where this becomes a thing that I have to do, not just do whenever. But till then, I will do by best. Starting off with the best fucking 108 album to ever exist.

Not sure as to why I had uploaded this, my guess is for a friend, but whatever it was i'm sure sharing it with all of you is just as good as my original intent.

So for all your headbanging needs, I present you with 108's Threefold Misery.

Crime In Stereo - 2004 Demos

For some of us, Crime In Stereo will always be that Hardcore band that put out one hell of split with Kill Your Idols, but as it has come, they are more widely known as that Alternative Punk band from Bridge Nine Records. I'm not complaining in the least bit, I actually enjoy all of CIS, but as much as I love Is Dead, I will always love early CIS.

And since they have come back into existence, even stating that they will release new music as well, I figured why not give a little taste of where the band came from. I could of posted the OG Three Song Demo, but I see that posted everywhere, so I figured why not give yous guys something a little less known.

I came across this demo a very long time ago, so long, I don't really remember what I got it, but here you go. Nothing really new here, these were the demos for the Explosives LP, and all made it except for Of Return, which ended up on Love 7" released in 2007.

Not much change from these songs to the LP versions. but you can defiantly hear the pre production sound in these. I just wanted to post this as an appreciation to a band that over the years, have continued to write and preform amazing music. I can not wait for more shows and new music.

Brother's Keeper - Unreleased Demos

So it's been a while, but i finally got everything situated but enough talk, time for more music.

Anyone that knows me knows that I love Brother's Keeper (I'm pretty sure Continuum was my first vinyl record i bought) and even when other's might hate on the band, to me they will always be one of my favorite.

If you get a change to listen to their entire discography, I suggest doing so to really get the full feel of how amazing this band was. If you listen to Fantasy Killer than listen to something like the 2 Dollar Bill tape or Shadowcast EP you will hear such a difference yet such similarity in those recordings. Not many bands can incase me in their discog. like Brother's Keeper.

So years ago, I believe EMS of BK ran a blog that uploaded the whole BK Discography, and of course I downloaded it but the best part of it was hearing these demos that i never knew existed. One of those, and my absolute favorite, was the very last songs that BK ever did. When I heard them, it automatically upset me because i knew that Brother's Keeper wouldn't write and release their best album ever.

The first songs was more rough demos than the next four, but still good. But really, those last 4 songs were jaw dropping. So much so, that here we are years later and i'm still dying to tell people how fucking amazing these tracks are. I've been a fan for years, and I honestly that nothing could top BK late 90's, but damn, that changed with these songs.

It was always funny to because since me getting these tracks, I've always told people that they are my favorite from BK but of course, no one knew of them. So here we are, me sharing what I believe is some of the best music written in the 00's. I hope all y'all hear what I hear with these songs!

Kashyyyk - Purpose Escapes

Kashyyyk, or like most of us call it "What the fuck does that say?"
has nothing to do with Star Wars, but more to do with Soulja Boy.

Scary sounding Heavy/Crusty/Punk/Hardcore from the shitville known as Arizona, Kashyyyk are here to punish your ear drums and make you see this worthless piece of shit world we live in for what it's really worth.

If you're into this EP, be sure to pick up a Cassette from their web store because it has all their old Demo's on one Tape!

And be on the look out for new tunes from these boys, a full length is on the horizon.

His Hero Is Gone Discography

When I was like Young Kid/Pre Teen/Young Teen I tried to buy music whenever i could. My mom knew how much I like music so when we went to the store she usually allotted me twenty dollars or so to get something.

At this time, Metal and Punk were what I was into, but it wasn't too hard to find something i liked when I went to WalMart (weird, I know) and Best Buy (the only two places that sold music near me.) Walmart carried Victory Records and Epitaph Records that was uncensored and Best Buy has some weird finds but by the but loads and they usually were not bad a price, but whenever I got to go to Zia Records (which was pretty rare since we didn't always hang out in Phoenix anymore) I would buy ANYTHING that looked remotely like i might like it.

I'd pass up stuff i'd know i could find at either of the places and just buy anything i've heard of before, seen the name of in Thank Yous and Friends of bands or fliers, bands on the same record label as others I like, or really just looked cool. I've found so many (and bought so many) random CD's which now makes sense why my like for most bands/genres are pretty here and there. One of those bands was no other than His Hero Is Gone.

I think it just caught my eye and the name sound cool. It was Monument To Thieves and i remember before i even listen to it I looked at the booklet first and thinking they were a KKK band or something. I really dont know why, but that memory always comes up when thinking of HHIG haha. Anyway, i was completely taken by the album. It was just perfect (and still is today). I can recall thinking Like Weeds  end to abruptly and should of been longer. But really, i think the whole album should of been longer (i think it's like 25mins or so).

Being like 13 or so when I first got into them was pretty cool, pretty much open  my ears to alot more bands of the similar sound. I think the only bands i listen to that had blast beats at the time were Youth Crew type of bands, and random Metalcore bands sounded kinda heavy like them...in any case I am happy to have found such a band an such a time.

SO with all that, I present everything I could find. I up loaded it for a friend and figured why not for here as well? Enjoy!
